Shipping Policies
All orders are made to order. Orders ship out within 5-7 business days. When your order is shipped out, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with tracking information for the most up-to-date status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Astro.Wastro is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been marked as delivered. If your order is lost or stolen, please file a claim with UPS or USPS.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policies
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase, via email, otherwise your item(s) will be in production and will not be canceled.
We do not accept exchanges or returns.
